Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We ship from Portugal. Delivery times and costs vary by destination:

 

Portugal & Europe: 3-7 business days

International: 7-21 business days

 

Free shipping on orders over €50 within Europe.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Customs & Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages
